Seeker Cat (SEECAT) is a community token on Solana built around a cat mascot themed on the Seeker mobile phone. The token uses the SPL Token-2022 transfer fee extension, which applies a 3% fee to every SEECAT transfer. Collected fees are distributed pro-rata in SKR to wallets holding at least $20 worth of SEECAT at the time of distribution, with a small portion deducted to cover network and operating costs.
